CCDC OFFICERS

Leadership

CCDC officers are selected by the Chester County Democratic Committee following the election of Committeepersons at the primary election of gubernatorial election years (most recently May 2022). Any vacancies are filled by the CCDC Executive Committee. The 5 officers meet regularly as the party’s Executive Board.

A resident of Schuylkill Township, she was previously chair of zone 11, the Northern Chester County Democratic Committee, which includes Schuylkill and East Pikeland Townships and Spring CIty. She was Chair of the Zone Leader Caucus from 2019 until her election as CCDC Chair.

Zone Leader Caucus Chair, State Committee

Hans van Mol, a Tredyffrin resident, represents the younger generation of Democratic leadership. Hard work, respect, responsibility, and obligation motivate his commitment to serving all while finding solutions to crucial issues. He ran in 2015 for Chesco Recorder of Deeds and in 2016 for PA House 157, and serves as Zone Leader Caucus Chair and CCDC Parliamentarian. A WCU (Music Ed.) grad, he is an Inventory Manager at JWPepper in Exton, a high school band director, and a Tri-County umpire. Hans was the youngest President of the Chester County Pops Orchestra, and presided over their capital campaign, modernized their operations, and increased patronage, and through efficient budgeting enacted a wage increase for each musician.
