Michelle Smith is a dedicated leader within the Chester County Democratic community. In addition to serving as Vice Chair, she has served as the Zone 10 Leader for the Central Chester County Democrats, where she coordinates grassroots organizing efforts across East Brandywine, Uwchlan, Upper Uwchlan, and Wallace townships. An active participant in state-level party governance, she is also a member of the Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee. Through her various roles, Michelle is committed to advancing Democratic values, strengthening local party infrastructure, and engaging voters across the region.
