Kieran Francke has been involved in politics since middle school; from being a committee person to a DNC delegate, he has done it all. Kieran brings a Gen Z perspective to the CCDC Executive Board as Secretary. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Delaware, with double minors in journalism and history. Kieran is also a certified paralegal. He looks forward to helping Chester County become even more “Blue” in the next four years.
