Judge James C. Kovaleski is the current Magisterial District Judge for Phoenixville Borough, Schuylkill Township and Charlestown Township having held the position for over five years. Jim is also a licensed attorney with over 21 years of legal experience. As an involved community member, he volunteers his time as a board member for local nonprofits, coaching youth in multiple sports and as an active member of several service organizations. Jim believes that everyone who enters a courtroom should be treated equally and impartially, but also with understanding.
