Clay Cauley is an Administrative Law Judge, former Hearing Officer and seasoned attorney with 22 years of legal experience. He is known for his legal acumen, litigation proficiency, and commitment to justice.Clay served as General Counsel for organizations supporting individuals with substance use disorders and mental illness. As Chair of the Social Services Group for the Law Department, he led efforts to reduce the number of dependent children that were waiting for adoption by 50%.
