Alex Christy is the Chester County Prothonotary, elected in 2025.
Alex has ten years of experience serving at the state, county, and local levels of government. He previously managed a large staff as the First Deputy under Diane O’Dwyer in the Chester County Recorder of Deeds Office. He built trust with his team and worked collaboratively to update internal systems to benefit the public they serve. Prior to that role, he worked for State Senator Tim Kearney, managing district staff across multiple offices and helping thousands of constituents access state benefits. Since 2023, he has served on the West Chester Area School Board advocating for the 12,000 students, their families, and our staff that make the district what it is today.
