Joe Heffern is an attorney with the law firm of Rogers Castor. He has over 15 years of civil litigation experience in courts around the country. Prior to joining Rogers Castor, Joe practiced law for over a decade at the international law firm Dechert LLP. Joe has represented a diverse spectrum of clients from multinational corporations to homeless individuals on a pro bono basis. He has received the Legal Intelligencer’s “Unsung Hero” award for his pro bono service as a volunteer lawyer with Philadelphia’s Homeless Advocacy Project. Joe graduated magna cum laude from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where he served as an editor on the Temple Law Review and interned in the U.S. Court of Appeals. Following law school, Joe served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Joe received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in Biology and English.
