Satellite Offices-Opening on 15 October

Services at Satellite Offices

Register to vote or update your voter registration until October 21.
Apply for, receive, complete and turn in your mail-in or absentee ballot. The deadline to apply for a mail-in or absentee ballot is October 29 at 5PM.
Cancel or replace your mail-in or absentee ballot if it is damaged or did not arrive via postal mail.
Submit or pickup any forms or paperwork.

Correcting and curing of ballots is only offered at the Government Services Center Ballot Services Office.

Additionally, Voter Services will begin processing cancel and reissue requests in-person at the Government Services Center on Westtown Road. Once the satellite offices open on October 15^th this service will be offered there. Drop boxes will be open starting October 22.

The drop box on the plaza at Government Services Center is now open for voters to return their ballots. It will be open Monday – Friday 8:30 to 4:30 pm until Oct 22^nd when the hours will be extended. See schedule for hours starting October 22^nd: https://www.chesco.org/4758/Ballot-Drop-Off-Locations

Reminders when filling out your mail or absentee ballot:
• Read instructions word by word!
• Fill out ballot and seal it in inner secrecy envelope. Do not write or mark on this envelope.
• Sign and date outer envelope. Ballots without dates are rejected. Date must be the date when you filled out the ballot.
• Don’t drop off someone else’s ballot (unless you filled out the disabled form).
