We’re here to help make all this clear! Just ask yourself and proceed as far down the page as you need till you REACH A YES:
DO I WANT TO VOTE IN PERSON ON ELECTION DAY, November 3?
No: keep reading….
DO I HAVE A MAIL-IN BALLOT? (it’s too late to apply now except for an emergency absentee ballot)
Be sure to assemble ALL 3 ITEMS: 1) the ballot inside… 2) the inner “secrecy” envelope inside… 3) the outer envelope (which you have filled out and signed on the back).
It is too late to mail your ballot Therefore:
DO I WANT TO DELIVER MY MAIL-IN BALLOT IN PERSON ON ELECTION DAY?
Yes: you can drop off your ballot (inside the 2 envelopes) at one of the Offices and Drop boxes listed here. If you choose one of these options, go yourself and take identification.
1) mailed or dropped off my ballot; was it received? You can check your application’s status here. If you see “Pending,” your ballot has not been mailed and you have to vote in person. If you see “Processed,” your ballot has been mailed but unless it arrives today you will need to vote in person.
2) If you got your ballot but now want to vote in person, take it with its 2 envelopes to your polling place today, stand in line, get it voided, and vote a regular ballot. If you can’t find all 3 of those pieces, you can cast a provisional ballot.
3) If you applied for but never got your ballot, or got it and lost or spoiled it, go to your polling place today and explain.
