Dan Maisano is a former Magisterial District Judge for 22 years in the Kennett area, an attorney for 39 years and an adjunct professor who taught Business Law and Real Estate Law at Widener University and recently taught Criminal Law, Constitutional Law and Survey of Criminal Justice at Wilmington University. Judge Maisano’s legal career was and remains general in nature covering Wills & Estates, Probate, Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Family Law, Business Law and Real Estate Law. Dan’s Magisterial District Judge court processed over 100,000 cases. His combination of general legal practice, 22 years as a sitting judge and as an adjunct professor give him a unique legal background, allowing him to immediately contribute as a judge of Common Pleas Bench.
