Population growth is usually good for Dems, as it tends to occur in urban and suburban areas, and population loss in rural areas tends to be bad for R’s. Since Chesco has increased the 5th most in PA, we can look for US House PA-06 to keep all of Chesco and include somewhat less of Berks–assuming H’burg politics doesn’t defeat common sense and the basic principle of representative government: that elected officials should represent an organic community rather than a random politically-motivated array of precincts.

“Democracy is not a state. It is an act, and each generation must do its part.”
