Candidate for Magisterial District Court 15-3-07. The Court services the Boroughs of Atglen, Modena, and Parkesburg, and services the Townships of East Fallowfield, West Fallowfield, Highland, Londonderry, and West Sadsbury.
For over twenty years Joe has lived in East Fallowfield Township and represented clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to homeless individuals. He practiced law for over a decade at the international law firm of Dechert LLP and received the Legal Intelligencer’s “Unsung Hero Award” for his pro bono work with Philadelphia’s Homeless Advocacy Project. Joe served on East Fallowfield’s Board of Supervisors from 2018-2023 and still serves on East Fallowfield’s Planning Commission.
Joe is a former federal law clerk and graduated magna cum laude from Temple University’s School of Law, where he was an editor on the Temple Law Review.
